Ohh, the smiles! She is just so filled with joy! Happy Easter to you guys too! Mary is still in Tanzania so we'll be celebrating without her, sniffle. I think the Easter Bunny will leave her a basket for when she gets back though ;-) (yes, he still comes to our house!)

Unfortunately my granddaughter-Sarah--who is only 5 months Sophie Lu's junior--had such a momentous meltdown with Santa that my daughter didn't even attempt the Easter Bunny.
Don' you just love the change you see in Sophie from a year ago--I love Holidays--when the kids are small there are so many traditions associated with them and holidays are also times to take stock in how much change has taken place since last year at the same time.
Course last year at Easter it was not snowing hard enough to go skiing in OHIO.!!

This is where the "twins" (SL&KG)deviate. Kyra takes one look at large costumed creatures and screams in terror. We were at this pizza joint last week (not unlike CEC) and this big "bear" walked up to say Hi, and Kyra, oh! The poor child! She screamed in terror unlike I've ever heard. Absolute fear. She was shaking. Kevin grabbed her up and ran out of the room, because it was so unlike her we were scared for her! Maybe when we (eventually) get to Disney, SL can set an examble Kyra will embrace.. but I doubt it! :)
BTW- KG didn't even recognize SL with her new hair, at first! Funny!
Next year, you come up, we'll all go sledding. You and me and SL, KG, the (real) twins and Olliebear.

I have read your blog daily since Day 1 and Sophie is adorable!! I love reading your blog everyday and seeing what Sophie and Oliver are up to. It really helps on days like this when I just found out that referrals came out for only 2 days! It is pretty upsetting for those of us still waiting, but your blog gives me something to smile about,look forward to, and hope that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I would like you to know that my daughter just looked at these pictures and asked if Sophie Lu could come to our house for a playdate. "That girl come to my house play with me? Yah?" LSP didn't think it was a big deal that you'd have to get on a plane to get here. Love Miss Sophie Lu's Easter pictures!
